About Me

The majority of posts here relate to social media strategy (feel free to ask me questions on Twitter if you need any social media advice).

In my previous roles, I have managed digital marketing and social media strategy at Graduate Prospects and have used tools like online viral games and iPhone apps to help brands and universities communicate with target audiences and, more importantly, inspire them to engage. I also help other people to do the same within their own business or university. In the past, I sat as a panel member for Social Media Surgery Manchester and presented for the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services on the effective use of social media (Social Media Starter Points presentation). I moved to Sale Sharks as Marketing Manager in November 2011, where I was responsible for marketing and ticket sales. Since then I have worked for a wide range of businesses across a number of sectors and currently, work for Promethean – a manufacturer of education technology.

I am always happy to guest post, so drop me a line if you would like me to write something on your blog or website on LinkedIn or Twitter – @OnlineAStevens.
